Building the brand
Working with the C-suite and the Executive Creative Director, I established a brand voice that was easy, utilitarian, and conversational, driving impact, adoption, and tangible outcomes of a new healthcare benefit ecosystem.
With a book of business featuring hundreds of employers, including 33 of the Fortune 100, as well as national health plans, I developed a verbal architecture, roll-out strategy, and messaging framework for all product lines, multiple audiences, and all channels.
